1. What items can be returned?

Once an item is purchased you have to check whether the item purchased is returnable or not.

Items which are returnable:

  • Received in a damaged / defective / deficient / spurious state
  • Received different product than the ordered one
  • Received with missing part or accessories

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

The following items are not returnable:

  • All eatable items having expiry date
  • Goods physically damaged
  • If the goods are used or consumed partially or fully
  • Goods purchased in discounted sale or bulk purchase discounted rate

2. Time limit to return item purchased?

If you have received a returnable item which is damaged or different from what you ordered, you can return the item within 7 days. However, intimation must be given within 48 hours from receipt of the material via email at info@shreemahavir.in .

You will receive an email acknowledging the return request within 48 hours.

3. How to return an item purchased online?

If you are eligible for pickup, an authorized person from Shree Mahavir Mart or a courier representative will pick up the item from the delivery address.

If pickup is not available, a self-return option will be given within 48 hours from the date of intimation. The item must be delivered to the address mentioned in the invoice.

4. How will you get the money after the product is returned?

Accept return request and refund:

  • If the item is returned in the same condition, a full refund will be issued.
  • The refund will be credited to your registered bank account.
  • If bank transfer is not available, payment will be made through account payee cheque.
  • If the item is damaged by the customer, charges may be deducted at our discretion.

Replacement or exchange:

  • If you received the wrong item, we will arrange the correct product within 7 working days if available.
  • If the product is not in stock, the amount will be refunded.
  • If you do not wish to purchase another product, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

We may ask for additional information regarding your return request. The time taken to respond will not be counted in the 7 working days processing time.

5. How to check an open return request?

You can check the progress of your return request by locating the item in "Your Orders" and selecting "Check return/refund status".

You may also email us at info@shreemahavir.in to know the status of your return request.

6. How to get your refund?

Once we or the vendor receive the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, you must provide bank details to receive the refund through NEFT or cheque at your registered address.

Credit card refunds may take up to 30 business days depending on the card service provider.

7. Seller Return Policy

If you order from a vendor who fulfills and ships their own inventory (third-party seller), your return will be sent back to that vendor instead of us.

Vendor return policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before purchasing by checking the vendor profile page.

In case of self return, the vendor will provide a return address or may offer a full refund without requesting the item back. If no vendor policy exists, the above return policy will apply.
