Shipping Policy

We currently DO NOT offer CASH ON DELIVERY on any orders. 

The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 business days of the order, and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will be duly co operated by 

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and endeavouring to be always on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

•We currently deliver in Indian Territory Only* (we reserve the right to decide the territory) 

•Our shipping and delivery lead times vary by destination,  and the typical lead times are as shown below:

 •As mentioned above, we ship most items within 3-5 business days of the order. ** (Depending on the other relevant circumstances like courier traffic, destination, transport etc.)

However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 business days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 business days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. 

•We ship on week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

•To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

•While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package,  with reason mentioned and call our Customer Care (0288) 2567459 or mail us at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery (after verifying the reason) is made to you at the earliest.

•You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by checking your order status 

•Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations

Shipping Charges

•Please refer to the table below to estimate the shipping charges which shall be included in your order value.

Shipping Charges Regular - minimum RS.80.00/-


1. Our Prices are inclusive of Taxes. No hidden or extra costs are levied on products.

2. We do not charge additionally for octroi where this is applicable

3. For most products in our range “Regular” shipping charges shall apply. However, for some large, 
    fragile or high value items, special rates may be applicable, which shall be indicated on the 
    product detail page.

4. Shipping charges are typically non-refundable.

5. reserves the right to determine whether the product has a manufacturing defect or otherwise.
